Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until smooth and desired consistency is achieved. If you like yours extra slushy-like, you can add a cup of ice cubes (though be warned it will water the drink down). Add more rose wine until you reach your desired consistency.
I do recommend taking the time to cube the watermelon and freeze it ahead of time, as the texture is way better (much slushier) when using frozen versus fresh.
If you want to make this Frose slushy a bit boozier with a bit more of a punch, I recommend adding 3 ounces of Campari to the blender, which will add a deliciously bitter zing!
