How to make homemade pumpkin puree?
Making homemade pumpkin puree is easier than you think. All you need is fresh pumpkins. Look for “sugar pumpkin” or “pie pumpkins.” They are the sweetest. 
First, rinse the pumpkins and wipe dry. Carefully cut the pumpkins in half and scoop out the seeds. Place cut-side-down on a baking sheet and roast until they are soft and tender with a fork.
Let the pumpkins cool, then scoop out the flesh. Toss in a food processor and blend until it’s smooth. Easy Peasy!
