This DIY Epsom Salt Detox Bath is moisturizing (coconut oil) and relaxing (lavender). It boosts magnesium levels, soothes sore muscles and flushes toxins.

  1. Begin to fill your bathtub with warm water. As it fills, add lavender oil and coconut oil. Once there's enough water for you to soak, add Epsom Salt. Use your hands/feet to move the water around and dissolve the salts.
  2. Soak for at least 12 minutes, or up to an hour.
