Ingredients
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sliced scallions
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish only
Instructions
  1. Dice 7-8 strips of bacon and cook over medium-high heat until crispy. Set aside on a paper towel to drain.

  2. In a food processor, blend cream cheese (let it come to room temperature first) with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, and salt. Dish into a large serving bowl.

  3. Top with pomegranate seeds, chopped pecans, diced bacon, sliced scallions and a few sprigs of rosemary for garnish. These amounts are flexible, so add as much or as little of whatever you like. You can't screw this up ;)
