Easy to make, affordable and supereffective this DIY face scrub is suitable for all skin types, though it works particularly well on acne-prone, oily skin. With just 6 ingredients, most of which you likely already have in your pantry, this exfoliating face scrub is a keeper!

  1. In a food processor, combine oatmeal, clay and baking soda. Pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add jojoba oil, rose hip oil and lavender oil. Pulse again until mixed through.
  3. Transfer scrub to a clean glass jar.
  4. To use: take a teaspoon and apply to damp face in gentle, circular motions. Rinse and/or use a soft washcloth to wipe off any excess.
  5. Moisturize as needed.

The scrub should keep for up to a month in a sealed glass jar. You can use two to three times per week, depending on skin type and needs.
