Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons organic grass-fed ghee
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup organic parsley (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan, organic Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon organic white miso paste
  • 6 ounces lactose-free sour cream (I recommend Green Valley Organics)
  • salt and pepper , to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt the ghee. Add the sliced onions and caramelize, stirring frequently, for 25 minutes. You want the onions to be browned, sweet and super soft.
  2. To a food processor, add the onions and all remaining ingredients. Pulse until smooth and combined.
  3. Transfer dip to an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with coconut oil chips (I recommend Jackson's Honest Sweet Potato Chips) and enjoy!
