Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons organic raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs
  • 1 teaspoon organic wheatgrass powder
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1 teaspoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon organic cloves
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (I recommend New Barn)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup ice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.
