This Vegan Apple Pie Green Protein Smoothie is made with coconut milk, gluten-free oats and plant-based protein. It's perfect for Fall, tastes just like the classic dessert, but is full of Fiber, Vitamin K, Iron, Magnesium, Folic Acid and Potassium!

Ingredients
  • 1 granny smith apple, diced
  • 1 cup organic spinach
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats (I recommend Bob's Red Mill)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon organic ground cinnamon
  • 2 organic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon organic nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup organic, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup ice
  • Optional: if you want the smoothie to be sweeter, add 1-2 dates
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
