1granny smith apple, diced
1/4cupgluten-free oats(I recommend Bob's Red Mill)
1scoopvanilla protein powder
1tablespoonorganic ground cinnamon
1/2cuporganic, unsweetened coconut milk
Optional: if you want the smoothie to be sweeter, add 1-2 dates
Combine all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth and creamy.
