    Do you recommend as a woman just starting her 30s that I take all of these supplements daily?


    1. Hi Stephanie! Thanks for the lovely words! To answer your question, it really is different for everyone. It’s a 100% for the collagen, vitamin D and probiotics but as for the others, they’re more specific. If you feel like you need a little extra support in those areas then definitely give them a try. Ideally, we’d get all our nutrient needs from our diet and then use different supplement to help fill in the cracks. Hope that helps and let us know if you have any other questions! 🙂

  2. Can you recommend a multivitamin supplement for a women who is 72 years old. I want it to contain about  500 mg calcium and vitamin D. I have been taking GNC WOMENS 50 plus. I would appreciate your recommendation. I am not open to taking many pills.
