In order to easily blend smoothies with perfection, you’re going to need a high-speed blender for best results. When you have frozen fruit and veggies, and sometimes raw ingredients like nuts and seeds, cheap blenders just aren’t going to cut it (literally!).

This green detox smoothie is a healthy, vegan smoothie with pineapple, ginger, citrus and cilantro, perfecting for weight loss and cleansing your liver. Plus, it’s delicious and so easy to make!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut water
Optional:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large, high-powered blender (I recommend Vitamix) and blend until smooth.
