Feel like you’ve tried every kind of workout there is? I now invite you to try something totally different. Whenever I really want to sweat, I turn on my girl Jillian Michaels, a leading fitness expert, world renowned life coach and one of the most famous personal trainers of the past decade (any other The Biggest Loser fans out there)? She’s a New York Times best-selling author for several books including Unlimited: A Three Step Plan for Achieving Your Dreams and Master Your Metabolism.
Known for her kick butt, no nonsense style, Jillian has countless workout DVDs (one of my favs is her 30 Day Shred), but what I’m really excited about is her app for personalized fitness that debuted earlier this year.
I downloaded it as soon as I heard about it, and it was a godsend when I was traveling!
